Following the Tisch, the Chattan is escorted to greet his Kallah at the Bedeken. After confirming her identity, he gently lowers her veil. This tradition, inspired by the stories of Rebecca and Jacob, symbolizes his commitment to cherish all aspects of his Kallah, seen and unseen. The parents of the couple offer blessings, followed by a celebratory dance for the Chattan. As the Bedeken concludes, guests find their seats in the Chupah room.
